We have built a new TV cabinet to house our ever growing goods.

My 2 youngest daughters watching Finding Nemo.

Daughters looking threw while I plug a new optical digital digital cable from the DVD player to the stereo.

One last shot of the main gear.

After only 3 airings of Stargate Universe Channel 10 has decided to can it.
I went to watch and record it on Monday night but then I looked at the EPG and The Siege was on in it’s place which I was not happy about.
The first thing that went through my mind was they have canned it.

My partner done some digging around and found that was the case, she also found that prime might be adding it to there new 7TWO on prime channel since they currently air Stargate Atlantis on Thursday nights (lets hope they keep it that way)
Not happy Jan

I woke up this morning to 3 daughters beside the bed (or the lounge because that is where I fell asleep at 4:30am this morning) and they where al holding gifts.

I received the following items:

1. A very large fathers day card
2. Star gate (SG1) season 7
3. Star gate the ark of truth
4. 2 pictures that my eldest daughter drew for me
5. A duff beer Simpson’s mug
6. A homer chiller cup.

Util next time happy fathers day to all the fathers / dads out there.

Lack of updates to this web site is not good so I am sorry about that but until I get myself organised dont expect regular updates.

The new Win GO channel has been launched and is up and running with many new shows.

DAB+ digital radio was launched on the 6th of August in Sydney, once again Canberra has been left out of such a setup.

I have gotten rid of my small form factor micro ATX case and Motherboard setup and I have gone back to using my 965P chipset motherboard and the old case which I have done some nice mods to (photos to come soon)

Seems I am a little behind in my studies mainly because of one subject which is Algorithm development and testing & automating processes which I just can’t get my head around and I don’t think I am going to pass that subject so I am going to spend less time on it and more time on the other 5 subjects that I am behind on.

I have many updates for this web site which I have fallen behind on so I am sorry for that.

Just something different while I work on other posts.

Well My little woman and I have been together for 10 years now, we have had our ups and downs but have pulled through with almost flying colours.

We went to see Star Trek 11 on Saturday, wasn’t quiet what I was expecting but still not to bad non the less.

I wont go in to detail but lets just say there is a few twists and they have left it open for more movies, the special affects where great as usual.

I have put most of our DVD collection onto my computers HDD by following the guide at channel8.

It is quiet simple to do, just takes time.

Above I have added mainly favorites at the moment because it has used a 500gb hdd for 107 movies.

Now they can be played real quickly, I would love to do this for the kids DVD collection as they are quiet damaged.
