Well the highest score I can get in the WEI is 6.2 (I know 5.9 is the max – but i swear I got 6.2 a few times) normally I get 5.2 to 5.9 default as in the image below.

This is based on an e5200, 4.0gb of ddr2-800 dual channel memory and an ati hd4670 video card.

Now I have gotten 9.9 in all of them and I will show you all how to achieve this.

Click start and type wordpad and right click on wordpad.exe and choose run as administrator

In wordpad click file then open and got to  c:\windows\performance\winsat\datastore, in the file types drop down menu change it to All Documents

There will be a few files in there (providing you have run the WEI at least once before) open the one with the newest / latest date.

As in the image above I will open the 11/06/2009 as that is the latest one.

And now if I open up the WEI it shows 9.9 for all of the entries.
